Enable Altus Copilot Features

Disable to turn off Altus Copilot features for everyone. Please note this only applies to Altus Copilot features, and does not affect any other AI features managed via the Power Platform Admin Center.

Limit usage by security roles

Optional list of Security Roles who are permitted to use Altus Copilot features. Leave empty to allow all users.

Disable all Copilot Functionality

For some organisations there may be regulatory reasons, or other data safety precauthions which means that AI technology is not suitable for use with Altus. In this case, Copilot functionality can be disabled within Altus entirely:

  • Ensure the AI settings inside Altus are set to disabled.
  • From within the PPAC (Power Platform Administrative Center), select the environment that hosts Altus, and then navigate to Settings->Product->Features. Set Copilot and related features to disabled as desired.
