Overview
Altus for Teams brings Altus Project & Portfolio Management into Microsoft Teams, enabling seamless collaboration and integrated project governance within your organisation’s M365 environment.
With Altus for Teams, you can:
- Collaborate on initiatives directly in Teams channels.
- Access Altus dashboards, tasks, and registers without leaving Teams.
- Launch training and help content from the Altus Teams app.
- Maintain governance and lifecycle controls aligned with M365 group policies.

Getting Started
Install the Altus Teams App
Refer to the Altus Technical Readiness Guide for tenant preparation, account setup, and environment configuration.
Link Altus Initiatives to Teams
- From Altus, select an initiative and choose Open in Teams.
Governance Notes
- Altus-created Teams adhere to tenant M365 group policies.
- If a group expires, the linked Altus record remains but membership sync stops.
- Review lifecycle policies before rollout to avoid unexpected expirations or access changes.
