Project Insights
Overview
Altus has a comprehensive suite of Power BI dashboards that provide rich insight into the data captured. These are embedded into tabs within Altus to make it easy for users to access the content.
In Altus Project, the Insights dashboard provides the following information:
- All Projects: Listing of all projects including their KPI values. Users can hover individual projects to see commentary from the latest status update.
- Project Timelines: Provides a summary of the projects delivery timeframes.
- Key Dates: Visibility of all key dates with the ability to further filter these by status, project manager, and project.
- Deliverables: Visibility of all deliverables by project.
- Financials: Financials breakdown for all projects including drill down to financial items.
- Project Milestones: Completed and upcoming milestones for every project sourced from their connected schedule.
- Project Tasks: All tasks for every project sourced from their connected schedule.
- Project Resources: List of tasks and their assigned resources by project.
- Issues: All issues across the portfolio of projects.
- Risks: All risks across the portfolio of projects.
- Decisions: All decisions across the portfolio of projects.
- Change Requests: All change requests across the portfolio of projects.
- Lessons Learned: All lessons learned across the portfolio of projects.
- Resource Work: Work assigned to each resource by project.
