Project Overview
Projects List View
When clicking on Projects from the left navigation menu, you are directed to the list of all the projects you have access to.

From here, you have access to a set of views. You can switch views and edit the visible columns and filters to create your own views.

You can save any customized views as personal views.
Altus Explorer View
We have developed a new view called Altus Explorer.

This view displays a list of all the active projects you have access to in a hierarchical way, showing the parent portfolio and programs.

This view has a default set of columns, but users can still modify these columns and apply additional filtering to the view, and save it as a personal view.
Additionally, you can:
- Reorder the columns directly by dragging and dropping them.
- Apply filters on the columns (which then applies a sub-filter to the filter on the view).

- Sort the values per column.
- Resize the columns.
- Open the records (project, program, portfolio) by clicking on their name.
- Use a full-screen mode.

- Drag the vertical bar separating the Gantt and the grid to enlarge the left or right part of the view.
Switching an Existing View to Altus Explorer
Instead of selecting the Altus Explorer view in the View drop-down menu and recreating filters, you can open your view and click Show As an Altus Explorer view.

In the example above, the All Active Projects view will show with the Altus Explorer Gantt timeline.

To go back to the original grid view, select Show As, Read Only Grid.
