Altus Strategy - Optimisation Overview

Overview

Optimisation: Turning priorities into actionable plans

The Optimisation feature in Altus enables you to find the best combination of initiatives that maximises strategic value within your time, financial and resourcing constraints. It allows you to explore different portfolio planning scenarios and identify the optimal mix to best serve your organisation’s needs.

This feature is available on the Strategy tier.

Before you start using the Optimisation feature, make sure you have loaded your initiatives such as projects, proposals, and ideas—into Altus. This will allow you to include them in your optimisation scenarios.

You can determine which initiative types to set up by visiting the Initiatives configuration guide.
