The release schedule will be adhered to with the exception of Coolfixes, Warmfixes and Hotfixes, which can be applied to an environment on an accelerated schedule. Each environment can be (by default) on Automatic Updates, or Manual Updates to apply specific controls/approvals to receiving Altus updates. Each fix has an Impact Rating which indicates the possible impact on customisations and the level of testing recommended before deployment and a Category that identifies the functional area of the platform affected by the change.

Bug #40253 Financial Management Ensured consistency of behaviour in the Financial Transactions grid so that for example, entering '100' will now display as '100.00' in all relevant views (if precision is set to 2). 🟢Low
Bug #40498 Timesheets Resolved an issue where timesheet actuals spanning monthly boundaries were incorrectly posted to the following month, rather than splitting transactions at the month-end. Now, cross-month timesheet approvals generate separate financial transactions for each month, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with fiscal periods.
For example, hours worked in January and February are now posted to their respective months, even if approved together. This enables more precise cost tracking, supports locked or missing fiscal periods, and prevents duplicate or zero-value transactions, delivering greater confidence in financial data integrity and auditability.

Bug #40743 Financial Management Ensured consistency of behaviour in financial grids when removing values. If a previous value is deleted then the value will return to a blank value in the grid. Entering a value of 0 will display a 0 value in the grid. 🟢Low
Bug #41898 Tasks & Scheduling Resolved an issue where the Task Edit dialog would unexpectedly change the Effort value when using international number formats, such as German settings with periods as thousand separators. Now, entering and editing Effort values greater than 1000 in localized formats works as expected, preventing accidental data changes. 🟢Low

The logic now ensures fiscal periods are sorted by start date before processing, preventing duplicate entries and improving data integrity. 🟡Medium
Bug #41058 Project Dependencies Rectified an issue where the Dependencies screen would flicker or reload repeatedly when adding a predecessor or successor due to minor, insignificant layout changes (such as scrollbar toggles or sub-pixel shifts). The update introduces a tolerance threshold so that only meaningful container size changes trigger a refresh, ensuring the screen remains stable during normal use. This enables smoother user interactions, prevents disruptive UI flicker, and allows users to confidently manage dependencies without unnecessary interruptions. For example, adding or editing dependencies now results in a seamless experience, even when scrollbars appear or disappear. 🟢Low
PBI #41589 Timesheets When a recalled timesheet contains a locked task, that locked task can no longer be removed/deleted from the timesheet. 🟢Low

When disabled, the old homepage widget and toggle are hidden, ensuring a consistent user experience. Changes take effect immediately without requiring re-login, and the default is enabled. This empowers organizations to manage user interface transitions smoothly and supports streamlined onboarding or phased rollouts. For example, admins can now enforce the new homepage for all users or allow toggling as needed, enhancing flexibility and governance.

PBI #34100 Resource Management Heatmap & Resourcing Improvements
We've made several improvements to how your team manages resourcing across the Heatmap and Demand views.

  • Proposed column editing - Authorised users can now edit the Proposed column directly, reducing the need to switch between views.
  • Add & remove resource requests from Heatmap - Manage demand in one place without leaving the Heatmap.
  • Filter resources by project - Isolate the resource picture for a specific project quickly, without scanning the full list.
  • Configurable colour thresholds - Set thresholds that reflect your organisation's tolerance, for example a 90% warning to catch resourcing pressure before it peaks.
  • Configurable Proposed Resource Data Entry - A new setting lets administrators control where proposed resource data (hours/FTE/days) can be entered - across Resource Plan, Resource Demand, and Heatmap, or limited to specific modules. Previously, only the Resource Plan supported this, with no way to restrict or expand entry points.
  • Remove Resource Requests from Heatmap Authorised users can now remove resource requests directly from the Heatmap, extending the recently introduced ability to edit Proposed values in the same view. The new default enables removal across both Heatmap and Resource Demand (not limited to fulfilment roles) - organisations on default settings will see this behaviour immediately and can revert in settings if preferred. Organisations with customised settings are unaffected.
These improvements are available out of the box - no additional configuration needed. Teams who prefer the previous behaviour can update this through their settings.

Bug #35255 Resource Management Fixed an issue where using special characters (such as &) in search queries could cause the picker to fail. The control now correctly handles these characters and supports a wide range of Unicode inputs, including Chinese, Arabic, and other characters. 🟢Low
PBI #40030 Strategy - Optimisation PDF Export from Compare multiple optimisation scenarios has been updated so that it is keeping cards in a single row at the top, charts have been made larger, along with other UI tweaks to make them easier to see. 🟢Low
Bug #41155 Tasks & Scheduling Resolved an issue whereby users with Read-Only access to a Project and its Tasks and Baselines were not able to view the Baselines in the Task Scheduler. They now have access to the Baselines button and can select which ones they would like to view. However, Users will still require specifically set security roles to create, edit and delete baselines. 🟢Low
Bug #41315 Timesheets Addressed an issue where the timesheet grid could load blank due to Dataverse truncating resource assignments when handling large historical datasets. The task-load query is now split: a lightweight primary query ensures reliable grid loading, while a secondary query fetches historical hours only when needed. This change prevents blank grids, maintains compatibility for customers relying on historical data, and enables seamless timesheet entry even for users with extensive task histories. 🟢Low

Bug #40886 Timesheets Rectified an issue where a locked task on one project prevented users from resubmitting timesheet entries for other projects after a recall. Now, users can edit and resubmit unlocked tasks even if a locked task remains on the same timesheet, enabling smoother cross-project time management and operational flow. For example, if a timesheet includes both locked and unlocked tasks, only the locked task will be read-only, while other tasks remain editable and submittable. 🟢Low

Bug #39624 Strategy - Optimisation The system now automatically marks a scenario as unsaved whenever key underlying data - such as an initiative's proposed cost or start/finish dates changes, ensuring users are prompted to save and that scenario data remains accurate. 🟢Low
Bug #40042 Timesheets Fixed an intermittent issue where timesheet entries and hours were not saving for some users, resulting in error messages and incomplete records in the Timesheet Row table.
The fix was to make the save handlers on the Altus grids more resilient to avoid load timing issues.

Bug #40671 Timesheets ❄️ Improved Reliability for Timesheets with Large Projects or Many Task Rows

We’ve made an improvement to ensure timesheets linked to large projects or tasks with lots of underlying data always show all hours entered by the user.
Previously, when a timesheet contained many rows (for example, multiple project tasks or heavy project structures), the system only loaded part of the data at first. This sometimes caused the Timesheet screen to appear as though hours were missing, even though the user had submitted everything correctly.

The Timesheet UI now loads all rows consistently, ensuring that:
  • All submitted hours are shown,
  • Daily totals are accurate, and
  • Users no longer see incorrect “missing hours” messages on larger or more complex timesheets.

This update improves confidence and clarity for all users who work across bigger projects or submit timesheets with many task entries.

Bug #40379 Integrations Rectified an issue where the Planner Premium name was not fully visible when linking to an external project. The display now truncates long names with an ellipsis, and hovering over the name reveals the full text. 🟢Low
Bug #40383 Projects Fixed an issue where the 'All Active Project - Timeline' incorrectly displayed completed projects due to filtering by 'Status' instead of 'Status Reason'. The filter now correctly uses 'Status', ensuring only active projects are shown. Note there is some confusion around the 2 columns as 'Status Reason' has been relabeled on the form. 🟢Low
Bug #40390 Projects Addressed an inconsistency in the filters applied to the All Active Projects views in Altus. The views now consistently filter by 'Status Reason equals active' as default, ensuring accurate and expected project listings for users. 🟢Low

Bug #38788 Strategy - Optimisation Updated the click behaviour in the SPM Optimisation Plan so users can select an initiative without first deselecting all other initiatives. 🟢Low
Bug #40080 Altus Copilot & AI Features Rectified an issue where locked fields using the Altus Copilot Field control in the Status Update area would not display properly and showed endless loading. The control has been updated to ensure locked fields now remain visible and load correctly during approval processes. 🟢Low

Bug #33483 Integrations Addressed an issue where linking to an existing Planner from an existing project did not work as expected. The process now completes smoothly, ensuring users can link planners without errors or unnecessary delays. 🟢Low
NFI #34423 Resource Management Outdated rate fields on the Bookable Resource table are now clearly marked as deprecated and excluded from demo data, ensuring users see only relevant and accurate rate information. 🟢Low
Bug #36198 Integrations Resolved an issue where deprecated Planner Premium (formerly P4TW) URL patterns failed due to Microsoft URL rerouting, causing users to encounter errors or incorrect plans. Updated the system to generate and handle new URL patterns, ensuring seamless access and preventing data loss. 🟢Low
PBI #38735 Tasks & Scheduling Info icons have been added which when clicked will provide users with additional information about the function of the field.

Bug #39138 Tasks & Scheduling Fixed an issue where newly created milestones were always set to zero effort, causing the percent complete field to remain at 0% and uneditable. The update has now changed how milestones are reported as complete to a checkbox on both the Task Details form and the Grid.
