Prioritisation

Overview

The Prioritisation module of Strategic Planning allows you to prioritise any type of initiatives (Programs, Project, Proposals, Ideas).

This module helps your organisation to ensure you are focusing on the right initiatives that align with your strategic goals, ultimately driving better business outcomes.

Views

Prioritisation (Plan) is a view accessible from the Strategy menu.

The details tab is an out of the box (OOB) component that can be customised by our partners to add more specific fields if needed.

Prioritisation tab

The Prioritisation tab is a custom developed form and cannot be customised by our partners. The whole configuration is done via setting by creating Prioritisation Models and Evaluation Criteria.

When a prioritisation is created, by default no Prioritisation Model nor initiatives are selected.

Once a Prioritisation Model is selected, the evaluation criteria will appear as columns:

Once Initiatives are selected, they will appear as rows in the grid:

PrioritisationInitiatives

If an initiative has been evaluated on all criteria, the prioritisation score will be calculated and the initiative will be positioned in the list according to its ranking.

Select Initiatives

The Select Initiatives window allows the strategic user to select initiatives for the prioritisation.
A few elements are customisable by Settings or by Admin:
