Strategic Goals

Overview

Strategic themes are broken down into strategic goals which take a subjective theme and put measurable numbers and dates against the strategic theme. These are tracked more frequently to ensure that the organisation is on track to deliver is corporate strategy.

Views

Strategic Goals are linked to Strategic Themes and can be viewed as a table on the Strategic Theme's Details tab.

Details tab

The details tab contains the strategic goal information and the Evaluation Criteria (criteria allowing the initiative owner to evaluate initiatives against the goal):

Evaluation Criteria are added to Prioritisation Model(s) via settings.

Evaluation Criteria are visible in each initiative (see image below).

Benefits tab

The benefits tab has a sub-grid which shows all of the benefits which are linked to the strategic goal:

This tab shows all Portfolios, Programs, and Projects which are linked to the Strategic Goal:

Columns prefixed with sensei_ are those that form part of the Altus solution.

The remaining are default dataverse fields created automatically.
