Altus Initiatives

Overview

Altus Initiatives is where Portfolios are created and managed. These portfolios will include programs, and projects. The intake of new initiatives via the Challenge/Proposal process is managed here. Approved Proposals become projects for delivery.

Dataverse Tables

The diagram below articulates how the intake model objects relate to each other.

• A Challenge can have one or more ideas raised against it.
• These ideas can then spin off a proposal (1:1 relationship between and Idea and Proposal linked by idea process).
• From here a proposal can be come become a project (1:1 relationship).
